The Yellow Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey which has been matured in three types of cask: American bourbon cask, Spanish Sherry butts and Spanish Malaga casks for a sweeter flavour profile adding to the naturally honeyed notes in the spirit.

Nose: Orchard fruit compote, vanilla, sultanas and figs.

Taste: Tinned peaches, bourbon oak, almond meal, very smooth.

Finish: Stone fruits, marzipan, sweet and balanced. Highly recommended.
