Maker’s Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon.  Starting with the original Maker’s Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves.  The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste. The searing eliminates any tannic bitterness within the oak, contributing a series of spicy notes otherwise non-existent with traditional wheat Bourbon profiles.
