Violet Liquor (Crème de Violette) is made from the infusion of violet flowers and essential oils of the violet leaves. Floral, sweet and smooth with a touch of lavendar and rose notes. Dark violet in colour, very bright.

Violet (Violette) Liqueur is made in France by a fifth generation family established 1885. Traditional maceration using whole violet flowers and leaves, and 100% pure French sugar beet.

Drink like the French do, with still or sparkling water, or try it in your favourite mixed drinks and cocktails.
