This sambuca relies on an ingredient from China, Star Anise. Infused for four days, it is then distilled and blended with an extract of Mediterranean Anise. It is this pure and clear combination that gives Sambuca Galliano its distinct soft and round palate. A beautifully aromatic drink, it can be enjoyed in many different ways, but a favourite is neat alongside a great coffee.
