A blend of Calvados aged over three years in old oak casks. Single distillation.  Made from apples and pears.

Clear amber colour.  At the nose ripe fruits (apple and pear) dominate. The first aging flavours balance the nose with spices such as cinnamon.  A supple and delicate structured mouth.

A perfect Calvados for aperitif, for the “Trou Normand” or to match with a dessert.
