To create whisky with a tropical feel, the makers finished a portion of the smooth whisky in barrels that previously held Caribbean rum. The result is a well balanced and exceptionally smooth whisky. Single malt, meet summer.

Nose  Honeyed orchard fruit, tinned pear and fried banana.

Palate  Ripe tropical fruit and brown sugar, along with cinnamon pastries.

Finish  Pineapple upside down cake.
