Wise Shiraz Gin 700ml
Half the old vine Shiraz located on the Eagle Bay property is handpicked. The subsequent fruit was fermented into a fresh shiraz wine which was triple distilled and made into a gin. The remaining shiraz was late picked by hand and the berries were added to the gin and allowed to extract colour and flavour over a period of 3 months. Bottled by hand with minimal filtration. This gin will throw some sediment in the bottle over time just like a fine wine
