A blend of lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit peel provides a citrus note that is neither tart nor too sweet, and is rounded out with native lemon myrtle. To provide additional depth to the gin, you will find incorporated liquorice root, cloves and fennel seeds. The very mild herb characteristic to finish the gin comes from native oregano.

We like to drink the Signature Gin with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a slice of orange. With all the different citrus in the gin you could use the citrus of your choice and it will still taste great!
