This rum honours NSW’s sugarcane heritage and reflects three explorations into individual molasses types—Fancy, Mill, and Refiners Molasses—showcased in previous releases. Expect a riotous butterscotch nose, followed by flavours of caramelised pineapple, hazelnut butter, and a dark caramel finish.
