Ivory is a classic blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc produced from both select growers and Deep Woods Estate grown fruit.

Colour: Very pale in colour with brilliant green hues.

Aroma: A delicate yet lifted nose exhibiting aromas of guava and lime laced with lemon blossom. 

Palate: Intense citrus and passionfruit flavours abound on the palate. A level of green-fruited ‘crunch’ adds complexity. A zesty and refreshing acid backbone provides structure and length. 

Cellaring: Best enjoyed in the first two years from vintage so as to capture the freshness and vibrancy of the wine.
