Catlin Cheese and Kisses Fume Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc was picked from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. It was wild fermented on skins for approx 3 weeks in a small fermenter and then pressed to large and small format French oak. It was left on its yeast lees in French oak for 7 months to develop texture and depth.
It’s a funky little number tropical and citrus notes.
