Vibrant floral and peachy fruit aromas emanate from this wine with the interwoven oak providing lifted nutty and spicy tones. The vineyard combination provides a wonderful balance between elegance and power. By using high solids juice fermentation direct from the press gives some minerality and underlying gunflint hints. Its structure is typical of the region: a balance of rich flavour with an intensely textural, taut mid-palate, fine acidity and exceptional length. The palate weight, structure and balance suggests that this wine can be confidently cellared for 5-7 years.
