This sparkling wine is made in a fine brut style blended from the classic varieties of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This sparkling wine is crystal clear with a fine persistent bead. The bouquet shows fresh berry fruit flavours with a slight yeasty complexity and creaminess. The palate exhibits excellent mouth feel; it is softly textured with good fruit weight and persistent flavour. A fresh acidity ensures the palate finishes crisp and dry.
