Frazer Woods crafts this range of wine from various cool climate vineyards throughout Western Australia, which deliver high quality Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. Parcels are kept separate during winemaking to maximise blending options and the complexity of the final wine. Each Frazer Woods parcel is crafted by méthode traditionelle and spend between 18 months and five years on lees before release.

Aromas of lemon brioche and lemon curd, citrus zest and fresh strawberries from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit. Extended time on lees during secondary fermentation contribute complex aromas of nougat and walnuts. The palate is balanced with delicate dried fig flavour, fine creamy texture and a refreshing natural acidity. The finish is dry and fresh with lingering flavours of citrus and nougat.
