The grapes for the epsilon Shiraz are estate grown, made and matured on the 20 acre site which is situated on the western side of the Barossa Valley in the famed sub region of Greenock.
Rich and plush with a more than ample power wave of flavour, opulent dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruits are draped across the palate. Beautifully balanced it has velvet smooth tannins with elements of vanillin cedar, fennel, earthy dried herbs and spice underscoring the voluptuous fruit.
