The Valpolicella Ripasso by Santa Sofia is a red wine that is macerated again on the skins of Amarone and Recioto for 3 days. The nose reveals hints of black cherry in spirit, dehydrated prunes, dried flowers, sweet spices and licorice. Of good concentration and enveloping, it exhibits structure, warmth and personality, enveloped by a sustained freshness and a good tannins.
Colour: Intense red ruby.
Scent: Hints of black cherry in alcohol, dried blueberries, dried flowers, sweet spices, coffee powder and liquorice.
Taste: Velvety, tasty and enveloping, warm and concentrated, of intense freshness.
