Game meat and sweet earth, berries on brambles, white pepper. Succulent texture, great length, stains the palate lightly but comes with a beautiful, minerally savouriness despite the silk of texture and slide of all that deliciousness going on, not to mention that signature Mourvedre rusticity that is just so appealing.
