The Purple Patch 2013 is a traditional Rhone style blend of Grenache (50%), Shiraz (40%) and Mourvedre 10%. This is a complex wine showing more every time you look at it. It is a middle weight wine, refined and delicate in structure, ripe fruit flavours of cherries and raspberries which integrate with fine subtle tannins and acidity. A balanced, lively and elegant wine.
