The Philip Adrian is Singlefile’s flagship red wine where every measure is taken to ensure only the best fruit and barrels are selected. This wine will only be made in exceptional vintages.
‘The power and structure of the 2016 vintage is well to the fore in this top drawer cabernet from Frankland River. Nearly 70% has been matured in new French Oak.’ 97 Points Ray Jordan
‘Hand picked and sorted, cold-soaked for 2 weeks, then fermented and macerated for another 4 weeks, matured for 14 months in French barriques. Densely packed cassis and sweet berry fruits with new oak complexity and firm tannins adding to the package. Only 76 dozen made.’ 97 Points James Halliday.
