Lifted elegant aromatics of dark fruits, mulberry, cassis with subtle spicy notes and dusty oak. The palate is firm with soft velvety tannins and an elegant acidity. Mulberry and plum flavours dominate the palate and the finish is long and warming.

Fruit for this blend was sourced from the Perth Hills and Manjimup wine regions of Western Australia.

Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%) from the cool region of Manjimup and the warm region of Perth Hills were blended together to acheive balance and complexity. Matured in a mixture of Franch and American hogsheads, the dark fleshy fruits are supported by subtle vanilla, cedar oak flavours and structured tannins. Drink now or cellar with confidence.
