All of the Brave New Wine wines are minimal intervention creations – natural ferments, unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulphur added at bottling (some wines sans sulphur). All labels are original artworks by Yoko. Each wine gets a fresh new label, each vintage.

Gewurztraminer is a wonderful grape that comes in all shapes and sizes. The volume of perfume and flavour that it brings to the table makes it an ideal candidate for a bit of skin contact.

This is wild fermented, cloudy, crazy Chardonnay fermented on Gewurztraminer skins for that extra exotic kick that the variety brings.

It’s just an awesome expression of the skin-contact winemaking. It captures the wild floral aromatics of Gewurz but with an extra level of complexity in tow.
