The Highland Park 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml (August 2019 Release) was created from just 15 casks, the first-fill casks impart the most prominent characteristics on to the whisky. The European oak casks bring vibrant spices and dried fruit while the American oak casks dial up the vanilla and citrus notes. Almost identical quantities of first-fill sherry seasoned European oak casks, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill casks were selected for this incredibly intense yet beautifully balanced release of the Highland Park 21 Year Old.

A nose of toffee, rum and raisin ice cream and light heather smoke with flavours of dried fruits and orange and poppy seed cake leading to a rich and smoky vanilla tea finish.
