South Gins’ alluring scent is stunningly baked and pod-like. Once opened the smell is of moss, slate, charcoal and mint. On entering the palate there is a bittersweet and grainy taste; at the midpalate the juniper peeks out from the behind the luxurious curtain of wet earth, angelica, orris and green vegetation. Beautifully finished on a sweet juniper note with a touch of warmth. Simply stunning!
