This Armagnac was drawn from a French oak barrique, displaying a moderate bead and mahogany in colour.

Nose: The spice-laden nose is rich with sweet vermouth, damson jam, parma violets, black forest gâteau, panettone and aniseed.

Palate: Herbaceous rosemary, cherry cola, blackberry coulis, Old Spice and Fernet Branca.

Finish: A lingering finish rounds this off wonderfully
