Devine Goodtimes 2019 is a Chardonnay barrel aged Brett Saison collaboration that has people, sharing and celebration in mind. After months ageing in Chardonnay barrels, Devine Goodtimes 2019 was bottle conditioned for 10 months with Brettanomyces and Lambicus yeast resulting in an elegantly fine, Champagne-like carbonation, through which an array of lemony tones and subtle funk arrive, with Chardonnay oak providing light textual elements. This is a very cool beer, and one which will continue to evolve with careful cellaring, but for those who can’t wait, Devine Goodtimes 2019 pairs well with long lunches, charcuterie boards and warm laughter.
