Tombacco Aglianico (Italy)
Tombacco Aglianico is made in a traditional manner. It has a dark, deep, ruby red colour with clear purplish tones.
Hints of cherry and red berries, with a marked vanilla and spicy note lead into an excellent mouth feel, elegant and warm, sapid and
fullbodied. Good length and persistence leaves a pleasant flavour which asks for another sip. Aglianico combines very well with all roasted red meats and aged cheeses.
