Bright, sweet fruit flows over the tongue giving a lovely full palate yet medium body. Fine white pepper and sweet spice add to the complexity with silky tannins flowing onto the fruitful and slightly savoury finish.
The palate has a velvety texture is full black fruits of cherry, plum, blackcurrant and blackberry along with hints of violets, white pepper and anise finishing with fine tannins and lingering flavours.
It offers a very spicy palate with some licorice and cumin seed coming through, supported by a medium level of velvety tannins, lively acidity and finishing very long.
