Grande Reserve Sauvignon Blanc (France)
The beautiful wine region of Bergerac, just to the east of Bordeaux, has always taken an independently-minded attitude towards the wine it produces. Free from the constraints imposed by the historically powerful Bordelais, the Bergerac region continues to this day to produce stylish wines without the price of its more famous neighbour. Fresh lemony flavours combined with honeysuckle softness. This well-balanced, crisp and aromatic dry white is a classic combination with delicate white fish, particularly sea bass and fresh salmon.
