Dark Side of the Moon Shiraz shows deep forest berry fruit characters complemented by spicy, almost chocolatey oak. The wine is finely structured, quite tight in youth. With time all those forward primary fruit flavours will round out to fill the palate. A pretty and remarkably delicate wine.
The palate has a velvety texture is full black fruits of cherry, plum, blackcurrant and blackberry along with hints of violets, white pepper and anise finishing with fine tannins and lingering flavours.
The palate is ripe and full with beautifully textured and flavoured berry fruit. A balanced and fruit focused wine that finishes with soft tannins and a delicate Viognier lift.
The palate shows great length, full of plums, cherries, blackberries and vanilla – creamy and sweet!
